Outlook you may not be seeing all search results because we are still organizing some times

Verify that indexing is complete for Outlook. Click ‘File>Options>Search>Indexing Options’ to check the same.

If indexing is complete and you still can’t find anything, rebuild the index. Click ‘File>Options>Search>Indexing Options>Advanced’ to rebuild the index.
